1. License Grant

This EULA grants you the right to use the RTLSmith software. The software is protected by copyright.

• You may use it for personal or commercial projects
• Single user license (non-transferable)
• You may install on multiple devices

2. Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer the software
• You may not copy or distribute the software
• You may not share your license key
• You may not sublicense the software

3. Third-Party Tools

RTLSmith integrates the following open source tools:

• Verilator (LGPL-3.0)
• Yosys (ISC License)
• Verible (Apache-2.0)
• cocotb (BSD-3-Clause)

These tools are distributed under their own licenses and RTLSmith is not responsible for their operation.

4. Updates

Your license covers all updates for 1 year. When the update period expires, the software continues to work but will not receive new updates.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

RTLSmith is provided "as is". No warranty is given. We accept no liability for damages that may arise from using the software.

6. Termination

If you violate this agreement, your license is automatically terminated. Upon termination, you must remove the software.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RTLSmith is incorporated.
