2. Trial Version Terms

• Trial version is valid for 7 days
• Maximum of 5 download attempts allowed
• Trial period starts from first use
• Trial version is not for commercial use
• Product automatically disables after trial period

3. Pre-order Terms

• Pre-order price is $200, paid as a one-time payment
• Includes all updates for 1 year
• 30-day unconditional refund right
• License key is for personal use
• License is non-transferable

4. Disclaimer

RTLSmith is not responsible for the operation of third-party EDA tools (Verilator, Yosys, Verible, etc.). These tools are distributed under their own licenses.
